03. Receive Your 3D Design
Within 3 business days of receiving your dimensions and style preferences, our design team will deliver a complete 3D visualization of your space.
Your 3D design includes:

β Accurate dimensions and proportions

β Hardware details
β Multiple viewing angles
04. Review & Approve Every Detail
Once you receive your 3D design, take your time to review every detail. We welcome revisions β this is your home and it should be exactly right before we build anything.
You can request changes to:

β Materials and finishes
β Door styles and hardware
β Storage configurations
β Any other detail that isn't right
We revise until you are completely satisfied.Nothing moves to production
without your written approval.
05. Confirm Order & 50% Deposit
Once you are happy with every detail of your design, we will send you a formal order agreement outlining all specifications, pricing, production timeline and payment terms.
Payment structure:
β 50% deposit to begin production
β 40%upon production completion (with photo confirmation)
β 10% final payment before shipping

06. Production Begins
Once your deposit is received, your order enters our production schedule. Our factory manufactures every cabinet to your exact specifications using precision CNC machinery.
During production you will receive:

β Photo updates at key milestones
β A dedicated project manager as your single point of contact
Standard production time: 35 days(may vary for larger whole-house orders)
Every panel is labeled with a QR code and tracked through every stage of the production process.
07. Quality Inspection & Test Installation
Before any order is packed for shipping,every component undergoes a full simulated installation test at our factory.Our quality inspection process checks:

β Consistency of colors and finishes
β Smooth operation of all hardware
β Correct fit of all components together
β Surface quality β no scratches, chips or imperfections.
Only orders that pass our full quality inspection proceed to packaging.
If any issue is found, it is resolved before your order leaves the factory.

Yes. Whether you need special colors, personalized textures, or unique panels, finishes or hardware, we can customize them for you and arrange proofing for confirmation.
Yes. We usually provide three different levels of quotation plans based on the customerβs budget, and reasonably match them in style, materials and hardware configuration to meet different needs.
Of course you can check the progress. We can take photos of the production site and product status for you at the factory, and conduct simulated installation tests before delivery. But please note that once the order is confirmed and sent to the factory, it can no longer be changed. Please fully communicate all the details before confirmation.
