"This was the easiest and best overall looking wardrobe that I have purchased over the years. From the beginning, the design was excellent and the communication and turnaround time was great. No complaints at all. I got the wardrobe ordered and it was actually delivered early. I had to get the delivery company to hold it as I was not ready for it yet! They did and that was great. After installing it, there was one door that was slightly damaged. I uploaded a picture and a replacement door was sent out very quickly. Have to give credit where credit is due – Last Closet is a great company to deal with. I highly recommend."

My husband and I shopped and shopped for cabinets, in person and online, although we worried that with online we wouldn’t be sure that we would actually receive the quality promised. Still, we ordered from Last Closet - and we could not be happier. The design experience was wonderful, with a talented and patient designer. Ordering was easy. The time delay was long, but we’d been informed of that upfront. Communication about manufacturer and shipping was prompt. And, today, our cabinets arrived and they are...gorgeous, solid and precisely what we were promised. Terrific help, great communication, superior quality and a bargain price. What a company!

“I am shocked at how unbelievable service was from an online company!”

I just have to quickly say I was skeptical about working with Last Closet however when they came in 50% less than the local custom cabinet shop - I decided to give it a shot! What an experience! I basically called up and got the help of a designer (Holly K.) who took care of everything. I gave her measurements and then she asked me questions, etc. In addition - she sent technical drawings and professional renderings that would show me what the space would look like completed! She responded quickly to emails and follow ups. The cabinets came in as described. The delivery was exactly how they told me it would be. The folks who delivered were great and very helpful! I did have a flaw with one of the cabinet doors which customer service promptly took care of! I just am shocked at how unbelievable service was from an on-line company! Very good job!! I would recommend for sure! Thanks.

I was blown away by the quality of the packaging and the cabinets themselves – a full kitchen with an island, plus extra bookcases, and zero damage.
