We begin with responsibly sourced wood from FSC-certified forests. Every panel we use — whether plywood, particleboard, MDF, or finger-jointed solid wood — meets the strictest global standards for formaldehyde emissions and environmental safety.

Sustainability & Certifications

Cleaner Production, Cleaner Air
Indoor air can be two to five times more polluted than outdoor air, largely due to off-gassing from conventional cabinetry materials. We address this at every stage of production. Our low-VOC finishes are formulated well below regulatory limits, and we work with suppliers to reduce chemical content across all paints and adhesives. Our MDF and particleboard are 100% EPA TSCA Title VI and CARB Phase II compliant, ensuring near-zero formaldehyde emissions.
Cleaner Paints
Working with suppliers to reformulate our paints for reduced chemical content.
Low-VOC formulas
Using low-VOC formulas, well below regulatory allowance, for fewer airborne irritants.
Contain Paint Waste
Capturing paint runoff so it doesn't absorb into concrete or contaminate the ground.
Carbon Filters
Using carbon filters in spray booths, as well as monitoring chimney emissions.
